除了TMD 换进程池外 最重要的权限问题

选择 [站点] 右键- 权限-- 添加-->高级-->立即查找-->选中Network Service-->权限为“读取和运行”、“列出文件夹目录”、“读取”
加个 IIS 匿名帐号 写入权限就行了 NND..
